What do laser-engraved logo tumblers cost?

Here’s the per-tumbler price for our 20 oz Laser-Engraved Tumbler with Magnetic Lid, straight from our laser engraving page:

Quantity Price each What’s included
12 $24 Tumbler, lid, laser engraving, setup
25 $19 Tumbler, lid, laser engraving, setup

What’s the tumbler like?

  • 20 oz, double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel with a powder-coated finish.
  • Magnetic slider lid that’s spill-resistant. It isn’t leak-proof, so it’s built for a desk or a cup holder, not the bottom of a bag.
  • Dishwasher safe.
  • Available in a range of colors, so you can match your brand or mix colors across a team.

Why laser engraving instead of a printed logo?

  • It’s permanent. The laser takes off the powder coat and shows the steel underneath, so there’s no ink to fade, peel, crack or wash off.
  • It holds up to daily use, including the dishwasher in the office kitchen.
  • It looks premium. A clean engraved mark reads as a gift people keep, not a giveaway that ends up in a drawer.

What’s the minimum order?

The minimum is 12 tumblers, at $24 each. Pricing drops at 25, 50 and 100, so if you’re close to a break it’s often worth rounding up. Need fewer than 12? Ask us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

How long does it take, and when should I order for the holidays?

Tumbler orders ship 10–15 business days after you approve your mockup. Business days are Monday through Friday, so weekends and holidays don’t count. To find your order-by date:

  1. Start with the date you need the tumblers in hand (the party, the client drop-off, the last day before the office closes).
  2. Count back 15 business days.
  3. Subtract shipping time, or nothing if you’re picking up locally.
  4. Leave a day or two for the quote and mockup back-and-forth.

Late November and December have holidays in them, which push business-day counts out further than people expect. Year-end gifting is busy, so earlier is always safer. Need it sooner than 10 business days? Just ask, and we’ll tell you honestly what our schedule allows.

How should I prepare my logo for laser engraving?

  • Vector art is best (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg). A high-resolution image (300 DPI) works too, and we can clean up most logos.
  • Engraving is one color: the bare steel. Gradients, shadows and photos get simplified to a single tone, so bold shapes and clear text engrave best.
  • Check small text. Very fine lines and tiny taglines can get lost at tumbler size. Your mockup will show you if anything needs to be bigger.
  • You approve first. Nothing gets engraved until you’ve signed off on the free digital mockup.

Pair tumblers with custom hats for a complete gift

A logo tumbler and an embroidered or leather-patch cap make an easy employee or client gift that people actually use. Caps have a 12-cap minimum and start at $14 each at 25, and we make both in the same Round Rock shop, so one quote covers the whole gift. Based in Austin? See our Austin custom caps page and our general custom hats, or read our guide to company merch your team will actually wear for building a full kit. If you like laser-engraved gear, our post on laser-etched keychains has another small gift idea.

Why order from a Round Rock shop?

We’re a small team right here in the Austin metro area, and the engraving happens in-house, not overseas. Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park and Pflugerville companies can work with someone nearby, and we ship anywhere in the continental U.S. too. Quote requests usually get a reply within 15 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central).
